As with all the chairs parts we sell they can be self installed however we would always recommend you seek the advice of a suitable qualified Herman Miller engineer.
There are 3 sizes of lumbar available A, B & C. Get the wrong one and its not going to work. If you're not sure then please ask and we'll be happy to assist. There's also some guidance below on aeron chair sizing that you may find to be of some use.
Aeron Chair sizing - stand behind the chair locate the herman miller logo which can be found at the centrally placed at the top of the back. Feel up underneath this logo for the raised bumps. One dot is size A, two dots is a size B and three dots in a triangle a size C
