Shipping Method

Shipped with Canada Post Lettermail.

Due to increased demands on postal service at this time, please be patient and allow extra time for delivery.

Combined Shipping

For combined shipping, add $0.50 for each additional auction won. Please note that thicker cards may have higher shipping costs associated with them. When combining shipping between cards with different shipping costs, the highest shipping cost will be used as the base shipping cost.

Tracking

Tracking is MANDATORY for all orders with a total value of $50.00 or more (not including shipping).

Costs for tracked shipping are as follows: Canada: $14.99, USA: $19.99, International: $24.99. With tracked shipping, the additional fee for combined shipping of $0.50 per additional card is waived and the flat shipping rates listed here will apply.

If your order total is $50.00 or more, you must wait for your invoice before submitting payment so that the tracking fee can be added on. If you submit payment before you are invoiced, your order may be canceled.

Card Packaging

For orders within Canada: All orders totaling $9.99 or less (not including shipping) will be shipped in plain white envelopes. Orders with a total value of $10.00 or more will be shipped in padded envelopes.

For all international orders (including USA): Canada post has recently made it mandatory to ship padded envelopes as small packets. To keep shipping costs affordable for international buyers, all orders totaling $34.99 or less (not including shipping) will be shipped in plain white envelopes. Orders with a total value of $35.00 or more will be shipped in padded envelopes.

I am aware that some collectors may be uncomfortable having cards shipped in plain white envelopes, but rest assured that I have shipped THOUSANDS of cards this way without any problems. All cards are packaged in sleeves and top loaders with additional cards taped on for added protection. I am keenly aware of Canada Post's limits on weight and thickness for lettermail and do my best to pad and protect cards as thoroughly as possibly while staying within those limits.

If your order does not qualify for a padded envelope, you may choose to upgrade to a padded envelope for an extra fee as follows:

Canada: add $1.50

USA: add $8.80

International: add $13.00

If you wish to upgrade to a padded envelope, you must advise me BEFORE submitting payment so that I can adjust your total accordingly.

Regarding Shipping Costs

Shipping & handling consists of more than just the price of a stamp. eBay charges an additional fee on shipping, plus there are costs associated with top loaders, envelopes, fuel, plus my own time spent packaging and mailing cards.

I do not profit from shipping costs. My shipping prices are set to be as fair as possible to both buyers and myself.
