Terms of Sale

Delivery

All sales are processed within one working day. Same day cut off is around 11am. Delivery time stated on your checkout is as stated, an estimate, your item may come before or after this date.

‘Free Post’ – Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard, this is a 3-5 day service, but must allow up to fourteen for delivery.

Next Day Option (additional cost at checkout) – Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm.

We sometimes also use DHL, UPS and DPD for larger items or when Royal Mail have failed collections or strike action.

International Orders – Standard Post (signed for) or courier.

As with all postal companies, there can be occasional delays and losses , please contact us if your parcel has not arrived a couple of days after the estimated delivery date.

Internet sales only, no collections.


Payment

Payment by PayPal only. Other methods can be arranged if you do not want to use PayPal - Please contact us to discuss options.


Returns

As per Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to fourteen days to cancel an order and return the product for a refund, which you bare the cost of the return.

Please contact us directly to arrange an Return RMA number – We do not use the eBay Managed Returns system, and using this will cause a delay in processing.

All items must be returned in perfect as new condition for resale – this includes the box and the packaging (both external and internal). Damaged items will be refused delivery or returned to sender.

All items are professional fitment only, and no warranty is implied for parts fitted ‘at home’.

Under no circumstances do we offer ‘Partial Refunds’. Items deemed as faulty (after you help us diagnose the problem through messages and with your installer) are returned for a replacement.
