MGF & MG TF Engine bay bulkhead heat shield securing Nuts WYH100420

The engine bay bulkhead heat shield for the fuel tank side is secured by a series of special sheet metal pressed nuts, the heat shields corrode around the fixing points and can cause rattles. The nut is a special application under the name of Palnut and is designed specifically to work with the weld studs permanently attached to the bodyshell. 

The MGF and MG TF original Palnut part number WYH100420 is NLA (No Longer Available) A suitable replacement has been found but with a larger diameter built in washer to accommodate the corroded part of the heat shield to execute a neat, functional original looking repair. This is especially useful for the lower fixings that suffer with corrosion.
