24000RPM/ER20 Collet and Nut/Four Bearings

  • Unlike other square spindle motors of the same model that can only reach 18,000 rpm, the maximum speed of this spindle motor can reach 24,000 rpm. Equipped with 4 high-quality 7 series P4 grade bearings and precision-made ER20 collets and nuts, and incorporating dynamic balancing technology, the power is strong, which can not only reduce the noise and wear during the spindle operation, but also reduce the knife breakage.

Four Bearings

Air Cooling Methods

Aluminum Casing

  • VFD's V= Spindle's V1
  • VFD's W= Spindle's W1
  • Connect any 2pin terminal "R", "S" or "T" of the inverter to "220VAC".
