'B.Foster Saddler Whitchurch'

'B. Foster was a saddler, harness maker and sports outfitter on Merthyr Road in Whitchurch Town, Cardiff throughout the 19th & early 20th centuries'

The warmer has a screw-off brass top to allow boiling water to be added to it.
