I have a ruler shown in some pictures to help you see the image size BUT the ruler is NOT included on the price. Also a picture of the selvage edge is shown as well.

The images are printed selvage edge to selvage edge. Review all pictures & you will see a ruler in some pictures to show you the image size. The ruler is NOT included in the price. There is also a picture of the white selvage edge.

The last picture also shows the manufacture recommended washing instructions.

Uncut until ready to ship - whenever possible multiple yards will be mailed as 1 section BUT if this is important to you, please ask PRIOR to purchase to make sure that we have the amount that you need as 1 section.

NOTE That the fabric is only on 7 to 8 yards bolts so if you order a large qty, your order WILL be in 2 sections.

Once payment is received & clears Ebay & please make sure that the USA mailing address is correct on the payment, we will ship US Postal Service or for larger orders, we also use UPS for the best rate shipping. 

NOTE that the shipping is only good for the initial mailing. If the address is incorrect on your payment & the package is returned to us, you will be charged shipping again so that we can remail - this is why it is IMPORTANT that you make sure that your shipping address is correct on your payment! If your order had free shipping, then you will be charged a 2nd shipping fee as well - again this is why it is important to review your payment BEFORE you complete it.

Please note that orders paid by Echecks will NOT be shipped until Ebay & your bank clears your payment which normally takes 3-5 business days. The time period for clearing TOTALLY depends on your bank & EBay but once the clearing is sent by Ebay, we will be able to mail the package.  

NOTE that the date on EBay is an ESTIMATED delivery date AFTER the payment clears Ebay. This is ONLY an estimate so please do not expect the package to arrive exactly on this date since once we mail the package we cannot control the time that it takes for USPS to deliver the package. Please be FAIR on your feedback since once we mail the package (you will get a tracking number & a message notice showing we mailed the package & the date) we cannot control the actual delivery date.

Return policy - In order to comply with Ebay power seller guidelines, we are forced to accept returns for Ebay BUT please understand that any item that has been washed, cut or around smoke, vapor or pets will not get a full refund once the return is received at our location. This is due to the fact that we sell new - unwashed - smoke free - pet free items & once it is altered, washed or around smoke or pets, it is no longer sellable. Shipping for the original package is non-refundable - if your item had free shipping, the actual cost of shipping your order will be deducted from any refund. NOTE that any return on special listings or custom orders will be charged a 10% return fee! 

Please note that we include a packing slip with EVERY order that includes the order details like item, qty, our Ebay shop name and contact information. This helps prevent lost packages by the carrier in case where the label is removed from the outside of the package.
