The mother bear sits upright with her two dear cubs nestled in the warmth of her fur and love. She stares out from under knitted brows with an expression of happiness as both her cubs suspend their folly to stare at each other before commencing yet another round of play-fighting. The symbolic beliefs of the bear totem signifies primal power, motherhood, cunning, healing, gentle strength, dreaming, sovereignty, intuition married with instinct, nurture and protection. The handmade bronze sculpture was created using the ancient method of lost wax casting and stained with a brown patina finish for preservation and the artist Milo's signature.
