3 Monkeys Target Cup, Candle or Plant Holder by Circo 2009.  I believe these very cute monkeys are to hold a cup, but how versatile to use for a candle holder or small plant like they sell at Home Depot or Lowes.  The red votive candle and the green glass candle (for display only) were bought at the Dollar Store.  Of course, you can always use it for a cup too. :)  Measurements:  4"W x 3.5"T x 3" in diameter. In great condition.
