- We proceed to testing and packing, just a matter of couple hours we pack and send it.
- Take pictures of the package if you have received a damaged package, check all the contents inside for any physical damage and send the pictures to us as evidence within 3 Days for a return or refund.
- If your item has any issues, do not leave a Negative feedback without contacting us through eBay first, we will try our best to get it resolved.

- Each LCD is tested to meet quality standards prior to shipping.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee if ordered by mistake or no longer needed.
- All LCD in original condition may be returned within (30) days from the purchase date for a full refund without installation.

INSTALLATION (most for beginners at home)
- Release your static electricity before touching the LCD, How ? touching a metal
- Wear Anti Static Gloves or a Wrist Strap all the time, please look for info about it.
- Wear some Eye Magnifier Glasses
- Your phone should be turned off and borders clean of any material.
- Check your LCD connector on the phone first, inspect the pins.
- Check your LCD connector on the New Display Assembly.
- We check every LCD before is going to be shipped.
