What you get

All of our projector lamps are complete lamp modules. This means they come with the bulb, the housing that holds the bulb, and the connector; all together in one unit. Changing the lamp is as simple as removing the lamp cover on the projector, unscrewing a few small screws, pulling out the old lamp, and slotting the new lamp in its place.

All of our lamps are 100% brand new and never refurbished.

All orders are shipped on a 48 hour tracked service as long as your order is placed before 11am. All orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Express shipping is available if you require a next day service, as long as your order is placed before 11am. Please select this option at checkout. 

If for any reason you do not receive your order within the timescales set out on your order, please get in touch and we'll aim to help you as best we can.

Please be aware that, due to our courier’s regulations (DHL), we can only send shipment to business addresses in Russia. We cannot send to personal addresses.

Warranty

All our lamps are covered by our generous 120 day warranty. In the unlikely event your lamp should fail within this period we will happily replace it with a new one. All will need is the faulty lamp returned to us. We strive to provide the best possible lamps so we take failures seriously.

Returns

To provide the best possible customer service we have a no quibble returns policy. If you are not entirely happy with your projector lamp you can return it for a full refund within 14 days.

If you're returning a lamp that's not faulty you must return it in the box we provided and the lamp must be in the same condition as you received it. Please use additional outer packaging to return the lamp. If the lamp is not received back in ‘As new’ condition we will not be able to accept it.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.
