Complete kit of Genuine Rover fixings to assist renewal of both Front ABS sensors and or front wheel bearing or lower ball joint on all models of Rover 800.

Front ABS sensors are still widely available, any kind of supplemental fitting kit is not. Do not underestimate the work involved in dealing with corroded fixings, this kit is perfect to replace everything that is likely to be corroded and need renewing as a mater of course (see photos).

This kit is also useful for removing the complete hub assembly for hub bearing or lower ball joint replacement, this operation will also require the ABS sensor to be removed from the hub.

All the fixings are genuine Rover except for the front disc securing screws which are a perfect copy of the originals in stainless steel.

The kit consists of,

2x Black Body thread clearing bolts

4x 16mm Hub lower patchlock bolts

2x 12mm Hub upper patchlock bolts

2x 12mm ABS sensor to adapter patchlock bolts

4x ABS Adapter to Hub patchlock bolts

4x Stainless Brake disc screws

4x Brake Calliper carrier bolt lock washers

Note:

When renewing the front ABS sensor it is very common for the sensor to become corroded solid into the alloy hub adapter, this can be recovered by carefully drilling out the sensor or it may need to be renewed. This part is still available and is not handed under part number DCP7908.
