Nintendo Switch/Lite USB Port Replacement Repair Service

Please carefully read all terms of service before making your purchase, once you order this service, we will assume that you fully understand and agree to the following terms of service, if you have any questions, please feel free to consult with us.

Service Target, Content and Warranty:

This service is only for original Nintendo switch V1/V2/Lite console, not for OLED console. If your console cannot charge or output to the TV due to USB port damage, you can purchase this service. If your console has installed a mod chip, you cannot purchase this service unless you agree to remove it.

This service only covers the USB port replacement, not include internal circuitry or motherboard soldering pads repair, the USB issue is just one factor among others that can cause the console to malfunction.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a message including our repair address, notes, etc. Please read it carefully and follow accordingly. 

After receiving your console, we will first inspect your device to determine the issue. If the actual issue aligns with the service you purchased, we will repair it, otherwise, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Usually, we will complete the repair and return it within 1-2 business day, and we will send you relevant message upon completion of the repair.

In any circumstance, if the device cannot be repaired, we will return it to you, and you will receive a partial refund after deducting a $10 shipping fee and a $10 inspection fee.

We provide 90 days warranty for this repair, the warranty doesn't cover the shipping fee, any physical or liquid damage will automatically void the warranty.

Address and Shipping：

Please review your address in your order. We will use the address from your order to print the return shipping label. If you notice any errors in your order, please contact us immediately.

If it shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received our confirmation of receiving the package, for this situation, you need to contact us as soon as possible.

We use USPS to ship your packages back. If your package is unfortunately lost or damaged during the return process. You will need to file a claim with USPS on your own. USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage covers packages that are damaged or lost up to a value of $100.
