Listing includes modifying your OEM YamahaYFZ450 / YFZ 450R Cylinder Head Service ONLY, price does NOT include a new cylinder head. Cylinder Heads will need to be sent to us for Service and is only available inside the United States.

This service includes:

  •        Reassembly of Cylinder Head
  •        Head resurfacing

This service is intended for Cylinder heads that are in good working order. If the head requires additional parts or servicing, the buyer will be notified and responsible for any additional cost.

Turn Around Time:

This service takes about 8 hours to complete and depending on the shop’s workload, it may take up to a week to complete. Expect your head to return within 10 days from when the head is received.


Additional Information:

Ported cylinder heads can be used in conjunction with a variety of parts, from stock compression / components to high compression/ heavily modified. To get the most out of your YFZ450R with this head work, it is recommended to use an aftermarket exhaust and/or intake, as well as a re-flashed ECU, fuel programmer or Vortex Tuner. Aftermarket cams are also beneficial but not required.
