- commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)
- modification by an unauthorised person
When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

To return a product under warranty, get in contact with our customer service team and they will be happy to help you.
- We give the postage costs at the checkout. Most shipping is free.
- If you provide us with accurate delivery information, you can receive your items quickly.
- We ship out orders within 2 business days (excludes non-working days) if paid by 9am.
- Our trusted couriers pick up your items from our Sydney or Melbourne warehouse.
- You will be provided with tracking information when your order is picked up by the couriers.
- Your package should arrive 3 to 10 business days later. If you want it faster, select express postage for 1 to 3 business day delivery. Regional areas can take longer.
- We know lost, damaged, or delayed parcels are frustrating. Speak to us and we will quickly help you out.
- Due to the limited access of our carriers, it is possible that there are certain remote postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Our customer support will contact buyers for orders with no shipment service, and these orders will be cancelled and fully refunded afterwards. Please kindly contact our customer service for more information if you need the item to be delivered to remote areas to ensure it could be processed successfully.
