In good used vintage condition with some flaws. The top seam on the front right waist tie is coming loose and there is some light discoloration at the front right shoulder. There are holes on the right side waist tie/wrap piece and a small piece torn out on the end of the other side of wrap/tie. There are loose threads on both of the waist ties and some under the back neck buttons. There is a tiny minor stain at the front middle bottom hem of skirt and a loose seam under the left armpit. There is some discoloration at the inside neck at the back around buttons. There might be other light spots or snags that weren't noticed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.
