  • Certain countries may incur import duties and taxes. The Purchaser/Importer of the goods is responsible for import and customs clearance.
  • Battery Pack UK Ltd shall have no liability for late deliveries, where the goods are delivered after the advised delivery date, where the reason for late delivery is out of Battery Pack UK Ltd control, such a carrier fault or customs clearance delay.
  • In case the Customer fails to take delivery (failing to sign for delivery, provide instructions or documents or any other reason) Battery Pack UK Ltd shall be entitled to bill the buyer for any costs and expenses including redelivery charges, return costs and restocking fee that may occur.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To get a full refund for your item, the item must be returned in the same condition and amount as when it was received (e.g. new sealed items must still be sealed).
  • If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing parts, or is damaged during return delivery because it wasn't packaged correctly a partial refund to account for the loss in the item's value will be given.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to send the item properly protected during transport.
  • The original packaging is a significant part of the value of the item and is crucial for us to be able to sell it to another customer.
  • Please do not put any tape, parcel labels or other material directly on the original packaging.
