ORDER DISCLAIMER:

Please check you design as we will print as sent this is due to select designs such as spelling mistakes being done intentionally. We will print your design as it is sent to us. So please check you spelling, grammar and image quality. It is down to the buyer alone check and make sure the design sent is correct as mistakes will be at the buyer’s expense alone.

AS MISTAKES CAN’T BE CORRECTED ONCE PRINTED.

While we take every care to match the colours as closely as possible to how they are displayed on your monitor.

However actual colours may vary to what is displayed upon your monitorthis is due to how your monitor maybe setup and the monitor quality.

All monitors vary on how they display colours and shades so please understand the actual print colour and or item may very than displayed upon your monitor.

 

SHIPPING:

We use Royal Mail or Hermes.

All orders are processed within 24 Hours upon payment clearing.

 We only post out to the address detailed within the order; you can change the delivery address at the Checkout.

Orders over £10 will be sent out tracked.

Buyers who require their parcel on a select day should choose the Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day postal option available within the checkout other options are available within the checkout our Guaranteed Next Working Day postal service will be given priority such orders have to be placed/ordered by 10:30am to be Guaranteed to be received by 1pm the next day this is inline with 'Royal Mails Terms & Conditions'.

PLEASE NOTE WE OPERATE A RANDOM TRACK, TRACE AND REPORT POLICY TO HELP PROTECT OUR PARCELS AND KEEP PRICES AS LOW AS POSSIBLE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS AS SUCH NONE TRACKED PARCELS MAYBE TRACKED ANONYMOUSLY AND THE TRACKING DETAILS MAYBE USED AS EVIDENCE.

  

CANCELATIONS:

You may request to have an order cancelled; however, once an order has started to be processed, they can’t be cancelled. 

In cases where the client hasn’t sent their design within 5 working days, we may cancel the order.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER AT ANY TIME.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:

Select items can be returned within 14 days, this starts upon receiving or starts on the purchase date should the buyer not have chosen a delivery service which does not have tracking.

Return costs are at the buyer’s expense and we strongly advise that a tracked postal service is used when returning items, as lost returns are at the buyer’s expense.

 In rare cases where an item is damaged in transit, we recommend a clear image be taken clearly showing the packaging damage, should parcel not show damage but the item be damaged clear images must be sent showing all damage.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE CLEAR IMAGES MAY VOID YOUR CLAIM!

In the rare cases where you believe we have made a mistake and or you believe the item is not as described we do require a clear image showing the issue with a short explanation detailing the issue.

PLEASE NOTE WE ALWAYS TAKE PHOTO'S SHOWING THE ITEM WE ALWAYS SEND THESE UPON POSTING.

ALL IMAGES ARE STORED ON OUR SERVERS, ANY IMAGES TAKEN MAYBE USED AS SUPPORT IN ANY DISPUTES.

 

TO BEST HELP WE REQUIRE CLEAR IMAGES SHOWING ANY ISSUES WITH A EXPLANATION DETAILING THE ISSUE ‘FAILURE’ TO PROVIDE CLEAR IMAGES OR EXPLANATION MAY DELAY OR VOID YOUR CLAIM!

 

Any and all returns must be returned in their original packaging and must be returned unused, any warranty stickers must remain undamaged 'damaged seals will void any money back guarantee's and or replacement guarantees you have been warned'. Warranty void sticks must show no signs that they been tamped with as this will also void any warranties.

Personalised items can't be returned under any condition except where the item was damaged in transit in these cases the above applies.

Where a replacement has been agreed the replacement will be sent within 48 Hours.
