Please check you design as all designs are printed as sent to us, this is due to select designs such as spelling mistakes being done intentionally.
Please check your spelling, grammar and image quality, it’s down to the buyer to check and make sure the design sent is correct.
We may in some cases where it untenably clear the image would result in a poor quality item ask that a better image be provided, however it may delay your item being despached.

Our 'Free & Fast' option is whichever service is cheapest, there our additional postage options available.

All orders are sent to the address provided within the order this can be changed during the checkout process, once or the address cant be amended or changed.

The shipping costs displayed are to ‘Mainland UK’ address only, additional costs will be applied to rural areas such as
Scottish Highlands, British Dominion Islands and Northern Ireland, this doesn't apply to any digital only products.

Orders over £25.00 will be sent out 'Tracked'.

Orders over £50 will be sent out 'Tracked' with the addition they will require a 'Signature'.

Orders in which require a ‘Guaranteed Date’ should use the 'Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day' option available within the checkout, these will be given priority.
Such orders must be completed by 10:00am ‘this includes payment clearing and having a workable design sent by this time’.

Orders can be cancelled up to where they have started to be processed once started an order can’t be cancelled.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER AT ANY TIME.

Where stated select products can be returned within 14 days, this starts upon receiving the item and or starts on the date purchased where the item has been sent out without tracking details.

Any and all returns must be returned in their original packaging and must be returned unused, any warranty stickers must remain undamaged 'damaged seals will void any money back guarantee's and or replacement guarantees'. Warranty void sticks must show no signs that they been tamped with as this will also void any warranties.

In the rare cases where an item is damaged in transit, we strongly recommend a clear image be taken clearly showing that the packaging was damaged, should the parcel not show damage but the item be damaged clear images must be sent showing the damage.

Where a replacement has been agreed the replacement will be sent within 48 Hours.

Return costs are at the buyer’s expense and we advise that a tracked postal service be used when returning items, as lost returns are at the returning party's expense.

In the cases where you believe we have made a mistake and or you believe the item is not as described we do require a clear image showing the issue with a short explanation describing the issue.
