Did you know? Your mattress may have a faint odour which will dissipate after airing. The mattress should be aired for four hours after delivery to freshen and remove any aroma from storage. It may take time for your mattress to attain its full size once the springs have settled to the correct position. This is due to the mattress being upright during transit. Settlement of fillings and indentations caused by body weight compressing the fillings are natural and not considered defects. This can be minimised by regular rotating (unless yours is a dual tension mattress).

During transportation some mattresses contract, but they will relax to their normal length again after being used for a short while.

Mattresses can only be returned if faulty or not as described. They must be in the original packaging and in the original condition when sold. Mattresses may not be returned if opened and used. We can not accept the return of the mattresses once they have been used for hygiene reasons. Please try a local bed store that supplies these mattresses to make sure it is the right comfort grade before purchasing from ourselves because we can not accept a return because you decide you do not like the mattress. Thank you.If you live in a flat or tower block your item will be delivered to the entrance of the building however if you need help an alternative delivery can be arranged for an extra cost. The courier will not be able to carry anything up or downstairs or be expected to carry anything for a long distance or through a Building site.
