We accept all returns within 60 days of original sale, provided the items being returned are unused. Buyer pays return postage where seller is not at fault.

Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged goods received: Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. We respond to all consumer inquiries within 24 hours, and resolve problems in this category at our cost.

When returning goods, please ensure a copy of the invoice you received with your order is included with the return, or at least note your eBay user ID somewhere on/in the package. This will ensure we can react as fast as possible when the return arrives with us.
