We offer a full refund policy on all our items unless otherwise stated in the original listing. This policy excludes custom builds.
We don't refund if the item has been used. All our masks come with security tags. If the tag has been removed then we will not accept the return. This is for both hygiene and authenticity.
We do not refund return costs unless the item is faulty.
We do not refund if you rip or damage the mask as they are not toys and not suitable for children under 15 years old.
Our items are not toys and as such not sutible for children under 15 years old.
We strongly advise that if you are allergic to natural latex or silicone you do not buy our produts and we accept no liablity for such actions.
Our military items and props are super realistic, and as such care needs to be taken to avoid causing alarm and distress. Using them inappropriately could result in a Police or Security Force's response. We will also co-oporate with the Police if asked.
None of the military props we sell are sold as working equipment and are used at your own risk.
Our gas masks lenses have been independently manufactured and tested by Stars Airsft of Grimsby.
They have been tested upto 350fps.
