These pet carriers are designed with the animal at heart. Tough mesh netting on all four sides and the top allow your pet to stay cool whilst on the move, as well as maintaining a good air flow. Practical and Easy to Use

These animal carriers can be set up in seconds, and have tons of practical features to make travelling with your furry friend much easier. The mesh netting on the front, one side and roof have zips around the edge, which gives you multiple options for popping your pet in or out of the carrier. The carrier itself is made from a strong steel frame for durability, with a strong carry handle on the top adding to the practicality of it. There is a pocket on the top for storing any accessories you need to bring with you, as well as another one at the back which is attached by a pair of carabiners and can be detached quickly and easily.

Folds Away for Storage

The steel frame at the either side of the roof can be disconnected to fold down if necessary. A long tube handle connects the 2 poles to contribute to the sturdy frame whilst the carrier is set up, but by retracting the tube to split the poles once more you can then fold the carrier flat for storage.

Requesting Specific Product Designs/Colours

Requests for a specific colour/design will be met at the discretion of the warehouse and subject to stock availability. If no colour/design specified 1 will be picked at random from those pictured. If there is no drop down list please add a note to seller at the checkout if you would prefer a certain design/colour.

Payment

Goods will not be dispatched or stock reserved until payment is received. To ensure the availability of stock please pay as soon as possible, as all items are listed on other sites and may otherwise go out out stock before payment is received.

Delivery

We currently only despatch to UK Mainland addresses directly. All international orders will be processed through the Global Shipping Program. Orders will be despatched with a selection of couriers available to us including Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DPD, UPS and Parcelforce. We will endeavour to despatch your order as quickly as possible.

Returns

We will only accept returns on two conditions: Firstly, if the product arrives damaged and is reported within 48 hours or secondly, if we?ve sent the wrong item.

If there is an issue with a product or your delivery then please contact us via email in the first instance. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 2 days and we would appreciate if you could photograph any damage or quality issues with a digital camera and email relevant photographs. Please also ensure that you keep any original packaging. This will be required in the case of a collection being being arranged.
