Mouthpiece is in excellent condition with no signs of wear. Tip, beak, rails, table, chamber, and shaft are all free of defects and is cosmetically in near mint condition. All lettering and logos are in tact and legible. 

Serial # is 003252. According to bretpimental.com in a review, the serial # use was explained by a D'Addario rep as a way to unlock members only perks and a system was set to be unveiled down the road. It would also be a way to easily identify a mouthpiece as your own.
