If merchandise is found defective please contact me as soon as possible so that I can replace your item. I will issue a brand new replacement item or a full refund, whichever is applicable. I will not offer any refunds for Vinyl products that supposedly do not stick or have fallen off, clear instructions are given up front for applying such products
