Suitable for use outdoors, buried underground or in other tough environments, this 4 pair UTP cat6 cable consists of a standard inner cable with solid copper conductors, followed by steel wire armoured layer and finally an external toughened outer jacket, offering maximum protection against the elements. The copper cable is pure copper, not cheap CCA (copper clad aluminium). Photo for reference only. Inner sheath sometimes a different colour, but otherwise the same specification.

This is not a pre-terminated giant patch cable. It is for you to fit as part of your wired network.

It is easy to terminate, which you do just as you would regular cat6 cable, once the outer layers are stripped back.


Shipping

Where possible, goods are sent by Royal Mail. Some heavier items may require a courier service. Courier services do not cover the UK equally, so may take longer or cost more to get to the more remote areas, eg. N.Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isles & Islands. If it costs more, buyers may need to pay more for delivery to these locations.

All goods are dispatched ASAP. In most cases, they will be sent the same day, if bought and paid for before the dispatch time. In the rare event that there is a problem preventing your order from being dispatched on time, you will be notified of the delay.

It is important that your order reaches you in good condition, so a variety of packing materials are used to ensure this happens. Depending on the order, this can include new mailing products such as bubble-wrap, jiffy packs, cardboard mailers or PVC mailing bags and also recycled mailing products, such as re-used cardboard boxes.

Please remember that delivery dates are estimates only. Once the goods are with a 3rd party for delivery to you, there is only so much that any seller can actually do if a problem occurs and that will depend on the delivery service selected. While we do what we can to resolve any rare problems, we hope we can count on your patience and understanding.

When multiple items are purchased and the combined weight or total value is deemed high, we may change the delivery option to a courier service, which will be the same or quicker than your selected delivery option.
