Simply choose the colour of your pen(s) and send us message with
what you want us to engrave on it.
Price is £ 3.90 for 1 pen with Free Delivery!
RANDOM COLOUR OPTION:
Choose ‘RANDOM' from the drop-down colour menu and
you can mix and match the colours in any way you wish,
just send us a message with the text for each.
The maximum amount of characters for each pen is 20 which includes all characters such as spaces and full stops etc.
The more characters you add the smaller the writing becomes!
POSTAGE:
We make and ship the pens same day!
TO NOTE:
Some of the pen colours are a slightly different style and on some the 2 silver rings are slightly higher.
If you purchase various different colours you may end up receiving 2 different styles however the differences are very minimal.
If this is a problem then it's best to purchase the colours where they all match, or ASK US 1ST IF YOU ARE UNSURE!
Please read and understand this carefully as we will not have the items back for this reason once engraved!
We 'copy-paste' your messages - we do NOT correct any messages - we engrave
messages EXACTLY as provided by the customer.
We won’t make messages all in
capitals as some of the fonts don’t look right all in caps and the letters sometimes
clash.
If you sent writing all in caps, we will correct this to how we think it
looks best.
Returns accepted only for faulty products, we can't accept returns for ANY other reason as these items are personalised.
All pens come with blue ink but we sell black refills if you require black, select the colour option "Black REFILL ONLY!"
For the Refill option you will only receive a refill ink and NOT a pen!
The refills are NOT included in the offer, you need to purchase 1 refill per pen!
The velvet pouches are NOT included in the offer so if you need 10 pouches for example you must purchase a QTY of 10!

Applying Our Stickers
Our stickers are suitable for smooth surfaces such as walls, glass, plastic, and wood. Not suitable for clothing or fiber materials. Textured / Rough / Bumpy surfaces are not suitable for stickers. Our stickers are not suitable for balloons as there are far too many issues with the application process!
Use a clean dry cloth with warm water to fully clean the surface you are applying the decal to. Please make sure the surface is FULLY dry and clean before applying the decal. Turn the decal over and rub back and forth a few times with a dry clean cloth to ensure the decal transfers to the application tape. Now SLOWLY peel the application tape off which will bring the decal with it. If any part of the decal doesn’t transfer then stop and slowly rub the reverse of the decal and continue to remove the application tape at the same time.
Now apply the decal to the area you cleaned and ensure it’s straight before applying it fully. Now rub all over with the clean cloth to make sure it is stuck well to the clean surface. Warm up the application tape slightly with a hair dryer and then slowly remove the application tape leaving the decal behind. If you have ordered a decal with small delicate parts then please take your time and you may need to stop several times to assist with transferring the decal to the surface. Once the decal is fully applied you can smooth and dab the decal with a clean cloth to secure it further.
