Flywheel, towards front of boat, turns counter-clockwise.  Crankshaft at rear of boat at Velvet Drive turns clockwise.   Port Engine?

This engine is reverse what a car placement would be, so this would rotate correctly for a car engine - clockwise at the non-flywheel end.

one cylinder lower compression, leaking valve seal upon initial inspection.  engine runs great
