Commission Painting Terms Shipping Guarantees

The miniature/ s will be painted according to the indicated level of painting (Art Level, described below). We DO NOT sell any unpainted miniatures.

We will implement the manufacturer's color scheme in general unless you have any special wishes regarding colors of miniature/ s or bases. Please contact us right after making an order if you want to provide us with such details or if you need any parts to be detachable or magnetized.

We order the unpainted unassembled kits directly from manufacturers or their authorized resellers to avoid counterfeits.

We do not keep kits in stock. We purchase kits from the manufacturers as soon as the painting commission is placed.

Assembling and painting takes up at least 25 days from the date of payment (excluding the shipping time of a kit from its manufacturer to our studio, usually 2 weeks).

We always provide a customer with some photos of the painted miniature before it is shipped to make sure that it is implemented as expected.

We offer free worldwide delivery with a tracking code (airmail, 24-36 days from the day of painting completion)* or paid express delivery via DHL / UPS courier service (7-10 days from the day of painting completion). *The delivery time depends on the work of customs and logistics in your country.

Please note: the purchase value will be declared for the express delivery. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

We will contact you right after the parcel is shipped to provide you with a tracking code.

We are proud we have managed to reduce the number of figures damaged during shipment to zero. We guarantee that you will get the figure/ s undamaged, otherwise we will replace it/ them.

We do our best to prepare a safe package as well as take all the delivery-related risks. In case of any losses or damages during delivery, please contact us.

We hope you will love your miniatures. However, if you need to organize a return, we have a 60 day return policy.

ATTICA MINIATURES is a painting studio founded in 2016 in St. Petersburg, Russia, to provide admirers of historical, fantasy and wargaming miniatures around the world with an opportunity to enlarge their collections with one-of-a-kind hand painted figures. At present, ATTICA MINIATURES studio is located in Armenia. Although we have relocated the business, we remain committed to our recognizable painting style, bringing together the refined patterns of the Russian Painting School and realism of the European School.

Our Service:

We paint wargaming, table top and fantasy miniatures of various kinds and scales. Not all of the existing figures are represented in our store. Just give us some information about the miniature or army which you want to get painted and we will provide a price quote.

We can use the manufacturers' color schemes or follow your guidelines. You can fully rely on our artistry, craftsmanship and experience in choosing colors, or provide us with pictures to be embodied by our artists.

We offer two painting levels for the wargaming and fantasy miniatures: Art and Museum.

Art Level implies rich variety of colors used, smooth gradients, simple one-layer graphic freehands, highlighting and shading, light effects, combat damage and weathering inspired by the manufacturer's box art images. Water, rust, patina, blood, slime can be imitated. Bases are covered with simple textures with the addition of artificial grass, leaves, rocks, snow, etc. Some parts of figures can be magnetized for ease of transport or upon request.

Museum Level implies the highest level of detail and custom-oriented approach. We can add handsculpted elements, customize the weapons, implement complex OSL effects and multi-layered freehands.

We paint authentic miniatures only and don't deal with low-quality illegally recasted figures. When you purchase a miniature from us, we order a model kit directly from the manufacturer or official retailer.

The indicated price includes the miniature, as well as the assembling and painting services, packing and shipping.

We can create a custom-made miniature from scratch, if you are looking forward to a unique piece of art.
