Condition:
Good+ or better Condition for this personal documentary of Old Christmas. Cover shows minor surface and edge-wear, with minor tanning....still looks nice. No owner name inside. No apparent age-tanning to paper, and no foxing...paper is soft/supple. Hinges/binding are strong/tight. A few small edge-tears repaired. Inside corner chip repaired on p. 29. Otherwise, interior is clean: no creases, other tears, stains or marks found.
