Very Good Condition for this vintage Keepsake. Beautiful cover shows a new leather (bonded) spine cover, but minimal wear. Very little or no apparent age-tanning to paper. Hinges/binding are strong/tight. Light foxing on first few pages only. A few small mineral and oil spots found. Otherwise, interior is clean: no creases, tears, marks or significant stains found. Collectible.
