Refund Policy:
If in the extreme situation you should receive a dress that has any fault or damage, please do make us aware of this within 7 days of receipt, and we shall arrange a return for you.
All other returns aside of fault, Made to Order Dresses are not liable for refunds as they are made for you, So please do ensure your size is correct when you order. The last thing you want is left with an unfitting dress, so please use the chart above. You can also send us your exact measurements if you would like us to double check your measurements for you for your peace of mind.
