Product conservation: Stored flat in acid-free mylar bag in a flat file since reception.

Product shipping: Art print will be carefully packaged with Kraft paper backing and acid-free tissue paper protecting the front. Will be rolled and shipped in a cardboard tube.Tube extremities will be padded to provide extra protection during transport. Prints 8" X 10" and smaller will be shipped flat. All art prints shipping will be 100% insured, and shipped through Canada Post.

International customers: Item price does not include any import fees or duties. Import fees and duties may apply for buyers outside Canada. We suggest you check your national customs regulations for estimates. We do not assume any such fees, which are buyers' responsibility.

Issues with your product: We represent items as best as possible through pictures and descriptions. Item packaging is meticulous. If ever you have issues with product representation, condition or experience a delay in shipping, please contact us so we can resolve the problem. Returns are not accepted for art prints.
