It measures 10 by 5 by 2 inches thick and weighs about 2 1/2 pounds.  Signature of the potter on the base. 

We purchased this pottery flask on a trip to Maine in the 80s with the intention of using it as a decorative piece.  

It has been stored for years now.   The hanging twine needs to be replaced.
