This is a brand new, sealed PROMOTIONAL COPY of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 for Xbox 360 from 2010, PAL version.  I acquired this in Washington state from someone I believe is associated with Microsoft in some way, or was in the past, or knew someone who was.  He told me that the games I got from him are not region-locked despite being PAL region games and will work on US (NTSC) consoles because he tested one himself, but I cannot guarantee that's true because I don't want to break the seal on the games to test them myself, so if you are buying this to play it, you do so at your own risk as I cannot guarantee these PAL games will work on US (NTSC) consoles.  But if you buy these promotional copies of these games, it is more likely you are doing so to collect them, so the region thing won't really matter.

The game cover has a graphic that says "Promotional Copy Not For Resale" but that does not apply to this situation, it only applied to the official Microsoft and game studio and promotional partners who received these copies in the first place.
