Shipping insurance:

Thumpstar offer shipping insurance at $50 per bike.

You can select this at checkout.

By opting in to shipping insurance, Thumpstar will cover any loss or damages that may occur within the freight journey.

Thumpstar accept no liability if damages do so happen to an order in transit without shipping insurance purchased.

All risk is ascribed to the customer who select no to shipping insurance.

Thumpstar highly recommend taking out shipping insurance as this gives you peace of mind knowing your Thumpstar motorcycle is covered from our warehouse to destination.

To Toll Depot Australia Wide - $149

Thumpstar offer shipping to toll depots at a flat rate of $149. Toll depots are common in all metropolitan areas taking approximately 10-15 minutes to drive to most.

If you have a preferred depot you would like motorcycle(s) sent to please add a note to your order in the cart section.

No note received will result in Thumpstar finding the toll NQX or agent depot nearest to your billing address. This will be confirmed via email.

Trailer or large vehicle space is required to transition bike from depot to final destination.

To authorized Thumpstar drop off point in crate - $149

The thumpstar drop off points are found via the dealer locater. Any pinned location found at this link is suitable for pickup.

To authorized Thumpstar drop off point built up - $400

If customer chooses to have the bike built up by authorized dealer, Thumpstar will grant a 6 month PARTS ONLY warranty.

This option will extend delivery time a further 1-2 weeks as the motorcycle workshops may be busy. Thumpstar will make prompt contact with customer to issue pick up date of built up motorcycle alongside assembly receipt. Customers are to retain receipt as this is the key to accessing warranty if need be.

Procedure:

Thumpstar will send the motorcycle(s) to desired Thumpstar dealer.

Tracking reference will be issued to both customer and dealer.

Upon Thumpstar dealer completing build up, customer will be called to arrange pickup.

To the Door – Starting from $329

This is the most convenient option to receive a Thumpstar motorcycle as order will be delivered to your door. Startrack delivery driver carrying your motorcycle will be in contact to arrange a time to deliver.

Please ensure you are home for the delivery of bike. If bike is undeliverable Thumpstar will charge a missed delivery fee of $40. Prices begin from $95 dependent on your location.

Pickup:

Once payment has been made Thumpstar will make contact with you and advise instruction on how to pick up from the warehouse in Perth

NOTE:

All payments made via Credit card or Paypal require an ID to be uploaded. This can be found upon selecting credit card / paypal, heading under the ORDERING tab.

To bring this commitment into action we have added an online security feature requiring all customers purchasing our motorcycles through credit card or Paypal to upload photo identification. This can be any government issued ID. Secondly a copy of credit card used to make purchase is also required . These steps help mitigate against the threat of malicious activity and fraud undertaken against innocent Thumpstar, the customer and any potential fraud victims.
