For us to accept your return your item/s needs to be returned within 30 days of your order being dispatched. It needs to be unworn, unwashed and in a loved-up condition, ready for rehoming. Please note underwear/garments can only be returned in unworn/original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on some jewellery items, e.g. earrings, for hygiene reasons. Shoes cannot be worn outside and must be returned in original condition.
Any items that are packaged in sealed packaging/with cellophane wrapping are non-returnable once opened.
If for any reason there is an issue with any of your new products, this needs to be reported within 3 days of delivery. We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of receipt to the returns department, you will be notified by email once this has been completed.
