1957 Royal Doulton Schoolmarm HN 2223.

I purchased this figurine for my aunt when she retired from an extraordinary teaching career in the late 1950s, in Lynn, Massachusetts. Upon her death I took it back and began my teaching career. It became one of my oldest and most valued Royal Doulton figurines. I have displayed her in my glass front library cabinet for years. She is waiting for a new home and someone else to love her, as I am elderly now and downsizing.

The figurine is made from bone china and is approximately 7” high and 4.75” wide at its widest point. There is no damage or fading. There are many registration marks on the bottom denoting it’s creation.

I pack with layers of bubble wrap to ensure a safe delivery.
