Edwardian cut crystal and silver scent bottle by Walker and Hall 1902.

This Edwardian cut crystal and sterling silver scent bottle couples both beauty and elegance with a valuable collectors piece for both the silver and lead crystal aficionado. The hobnail cut spherical lead crystal body is mounted with a domed hinged cover, embossed with foliate scrolls that opens to reveal the rarely found original crystal stopper.

Stamped as made by renowed Birmingham firm Walker and Hall in 1902 (famous for their Art Deco Silver and now a part of the Mappin and Webb brands), this classic cut crystal spherical form bottle with embossed hinged cover that encloses the original stopper is an excellent example of a functional but extremely collectible antique.

This original example has a very slight dent in the silver work on the silver dome but could be easily rectified and this bruise has been reflected in the asking price. This functional 120-year-old Parfum bottle would be a stunning addition to any boudoir or equally at home in a collectors display case.
