See the photos of this brass set of wings that is on a little metal thing with a chain.  I have had 2 of these for at least 40 years and have no idea what they were for.  I thought I would sell one and keep the other one with my wing collection.  Please let me know if you know the purpose of the attaching device and what it was attached to.
