VTG 40s Red & White Polka Dot Cotton Dress W/ Peplum
In good vintage condition, with some flaws. The dress snaps up on the right side and one of the snaps is starting to come loose. The back of both sleeves is hand stitched at the hems and the stitching is visible on the sleeves. There is a section on the front right side peplum piece that is ripped & has many small holes above it, with the tear being hand stitched up & the stitch is starting to come loose. There are a few tiny holes on the back middle rear area and there is a small section of dark stains on the upper back under the buttons. There might be other small holes, light spots or snags that weren't noticed. Please look through photos to get a good idea of overall condition.
