Cosmetic Condition:

Item has visible scratches and marks from the previous use

Rubber shows extended wear, like marks and small rips ( see pictures) 

Item has small cracks on the plastic, it doesn't affect working condition (see images 7-8).

The screen is scrathced.

There is also might be a tiny dent on the tear bar.
