This is a expresso cup and matching plate from in "Splash" by Siddhia Hutchinson for Essex Collectibles. It's vintage, from 1996. It features fishing lures in an Aztec styling. Excellent used condition, only used a couple times.  It measures 2" in diameter across the top and measures 2" high. The plate measures about 4.5" across.
