The real colour of the item may be slightly different from the pictures shown on website caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness. Item may appear to have some signs of wear and tear, but this is due to storage. Item does not come with the box or packaging. One per item sold.

Returns

When returns are accepted, the buyer will post the item back using 'PayPal Returns'. Once item has been received in its original condition, we will refund the full amount. For items returned where the item is as described, we will refund the full amount, minus any postage cost we incurred to send the item out, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. If item returned is not returned in its original condition, we will not be refunding. It will then be the buyers responsibility to give us a postage label or postage cost to send it back to them. If item is claimed by the buyer to be not as described, however upon return it is found to be as described, it will also be the buyers responsibility to give us a postage label or postage cost to send it back to them.

Postage

If you require insurance for goods being transported, please contact us prior to purchase to determine costs as this WILL NOT be added to the price unless requested. Item is posted in a satchel to reduce the cost. This may result in slight exterior damage due to thin packaging which should be factored in. If you require your item to be packed more securely please request to make additional payment as required. 

If your post if not delivered successfully and tracking shows there was an attempted delivery, regardless of whether it was returned back to us, or not, the following will apply:

1. If item has a no returns policy, you will be required to pay for the re-delivery of the item.

2. If item has a returns policy, you will be required to pay for the re-delivery of the item, OR you may choose to have your item refunded, minus the postage we have paid to send the item to you. This is typically a deduction of $13.50 from your purchase price.

Some post will be mailed using Cash on Delivery (COD) in which carrier will collect payments on our behalf for the postage and cash on delivery fee only. Cost will be COD fee + cost of postage to be paid to carrier.
