This is the V12 emblem and trim piece from the right, front fender on a 2002 CL600.  Color is Circon Green Pearl 257.  One clip from donor is still on the back, but you'll need to add one as well.  See photos of back where I've zoomed in where one of the pieces of plastic is bent.
