You are considering a Dentist's Coat Christmas Ornament.  This ornament is great as it is or you can personalize it yourself, if you wish, using a fine tip permanent marker.  

Recommend:   The most common way is to put their name and year on the doctor’s bag.  You can also put their name on the name tag (if it’s a small enough name) and the year on the bag.  However, there are several ways you can personalize this ornament.  

Measurement:   4 1/2” tall and 2 1/2” wide.  Made of polyresin.
