Unique Vintage 1950’s Miniature 20 piece Lotus Flower Ceramic Tea Set Unmarked.

Hard To Find!! This beautiful hand painted detailed miniature tea set with tray has gold gilt edges and a beautiful hand painted Chinese scene in the middle done with colors of pink, yellow and mint green. There are two mandarin ducks and pink lotus flowers with green leaves, lotus flowers give various meanings and symbolism. They are called the Flower of Life because of their association with the cycle of life, death, and rebirth. There is a small pink flower border around the inside of the tray around the scene. The other pieces have parts of the tray design also on them (see photos for details). Would be an excellent addition to your collection. All the pieces have gold gilt edges around the rims and gold gilt highlights on lids and handles. Set includes everything pictured teapot with lid, creamer, sugar bowl and lid, two cups and saucers, also a tray etc….. that holds all the pieces and has the pretty scene on it. It is in excellent condition - no cracks, chips or repairs. The only thing I could see is a little paint loss on the tray edge of the gold gilt. The teapot has a closed spout.
