Proviene dal santuario della Madonna del Soccorso sito in Cori, provincia di Latina, 40 km circa a sud di Roma.
È firmata sul fianco C.A.A.R.T. LUCCI.
Incorniciata su sfondo di stoffa con cornice in legno.
