The shirt has a lot of small holes.  There is a hole under the left armpit(See photo #3).   There is a hole on the bottom left corner of the lakers logo(see photo #7).  There is a hole on the left and right shoulder area(See photo #9 &#10).  There are 3 small holes on the backside of the shirt(a couple of them can be seen in photo #12, -upper left corner is zoomed-in in that photo).  Otherwise the shirt is in average condition for an old vintage shirt.
