Chest measures 38" tag also reads 38".  Waist measures 32".  Underarm to bottom hem is 30".  

Material is 91% Wool 7% Polymide Nylon 2% Spandex Elasthan. Dress is lined with a satin

like material, tag doesn't indicate the material of the lining.  This should fit someone between size 

8 10 and 12 , according to the waist and chest size, please purchase according to actual 

measurements.  I don't know if this is vintage or not.  I don't normally offer returns however if you
